Program Coordinator - W4W

Adeptus Solutions is seeking a motivated and organized Outreach & Program Coordinator to support public relations, social services outreach, and marketing initiatives. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships across diverse audiences, and experience coordinating outreach programs and performance reporting.The selected candidate will work under remote supervision from Camp Murray and must be comfortable traveling throughout Washington State, including required travel to Spokane.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage outreach campaigns targeting cross-generational and civilian educational audiences
• Build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders and community partners
• Conduct performance assessments and prepare detailed program reports
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to meet program goals and deadlines
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) to support operations
• Maintain professional communication standards in all interactions
• Travel statewide as required, including occasional overnight travel
• Coordinate outreach initiatives, marketing programs, and public engagement activities 

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing outreach campaigns or community engagement programs
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to operate effectively under remote supervision
• Bachelor’s degree OR at least 2 years of demonstrated practical experience in public relations, social services, marketing programs, or program/project coordination

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Washington Army National Guard programs and social services initiatives
• General understanding of marketing operations and social media platforms
