Position Overview:
This position is determined to be of value in extending the ability to provide greetings to customers, file maintenance in accordance with accreditation standards, record and compose minutes for meetings, administrative support in the conduct of special events, classes and programs as necessary, and referral of customers to specific programs within the FAP.
Job Functions:
The purpose of the FAP Technician is to provide administrative support by coordinating office services, such as customer service, records control, classes and training schedules, housekeeping, marketing and special program management. The Contractor shall provide administrative assistance in ACS branch in completion of administrative matters and provide receptionist duties for the branch as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum Experience
- Proficient in word processing.
- Customer service experience.
- Refer customers to appropriate programs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of working independently.
- Possess basic telephone skills.
- US Citizens Only.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
