Business Analyst

Adeptus Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to lead the planning and coordination of Transition In and Transition Out (TI/TO) activities. This role plays a critical part in onboarding new clients, transitioning services, and ensuring smooth service continuity as platforms evolve or change ownership. The ideal candidate brings a combination of technical acumen, business analysis skills, and transition planning experience to help our teams scale and operate efficiently during periods of change:

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Transition In and Transition Out plans for clients and internal teams during platform onboarding, offboarding, or migration
• Collaborate with product owners, engineering, and client success teams to gather and document business and technical requirements
• Create and maintain clear, concise technical documentation, including setup guides, runbooks, and process workflows
• Analyze current-state and target-state processes to identify dependencies, gaps, and risks in transition efforts
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear timelines, responsibilities, and communication plans are in place throughout the transition lifecycle
• Track progress, manage issues and escalations, and ensure delivery of all required transition deliverables
• Create and maintain documentation, including transition playbooks, runbooks, risk registers, and lessons learned
• Support platform versioning, sunsetting, and customer data migration efforts in compliance with security and regulatory requirements
• Assist in change management activities tied to platform adoption or decommissioning

Skills and Qualifications

• Analyst, including direct involvement in PaaS environments or cloud-native platforms
• Proven experience with Transition In / Transition Out (TI/TO) planning in a technology or service-based organization
• Experience writing or maintaining internal documentation, developer wikis, or README files
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, especially PaaS and DevOps pipelines
• Familiarity with API-driven platforms, data architecture, service integrations, and SaaS/PaaS onboarding processes
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and workflow/process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio)
• Working knowledge of ITIL, Agile/Scrum, or PMP methodologies

Education

• Must possess BA or BS degree and four years of experience as Business Analyst
• Prior security clearance preferred
